GQ Racing Tires continues to technically advance On-Road Foam Tires for racers in today's RC World. GQ Tires, a manufacturer of their own Plastic & Carbon rims, now offers two different high performance type rims. Their White Pro Rim & Carbon Rims are stiff hard rims for high speed smooth tracks, high grip tracks, and when racing in warm weather. GQ's new high tech "Soft Rim" is designed for bumpy tracks, low traction surfaces, tight turning technical tracks , and when racing in cooler temperatures. The "Soft Rims" are stiff on the outer edge which maintains corner speeds. The rims then softens going toward the inner edge. This softening of the rims is what gives these tires the extra traction on the types of surfaces mentioned. Now you have one company that can offer racers tires that will perform at ultra high levels on any surface in the world and under variable weather temperatures!
